MODIFIED MOVES, MAXIMUM RESULTS
Enhance®Fitness is an evidence-based fitness program geared toward older adults and those with a chronic condition, such as arthritis, to help improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Classes meet for 16 weeks; 3 times per week for 60 minutes each
- Participants move at a pace that is comfortable for them
- The class focuses on strength, flexibility, movement, and balance
- When you are ready, you can add soft wrist and ankle weights to your workout
