If you’re striving to transform your body, Sprint 8 goes beyond high-intensity interval training for results you can see in the mirror.

All it takes is 20 minutes per day, three-times per week to build lean muscle and cut body fat by up to 27%.

ATTENTION: This is not a group exercise class. Coaches and clients use machines and weights throughout the facility. Groups are limited to no more than 5 people for quality coaching, training and interaction.
