Youth Lifting Orientation

This is an introductory class, taught by a fitness professional that emphasizes a safe weight training environment. Youth aged 12-15 will be able to use the lifting and exercise areas without adult supervision after completion of the course. The class will cover wellness center safety, etiquette and rules, safe lifting techniques, proper use of machines and cardio equipment.

This class will take place every Wednesday at 4pm.
