Adult Leagues
The Wyoming Valley Y Adult Leagues are the perfect opportunity for adults to be active and social in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a great way to reconnect with your favorite sport, to improve your skills, and to challenge and test your limits whether on the court or playing field. For many participants, these activities provide the foundation for an active lifestyle and rewarding relationships, while serving to energize and restore our sense of well-being.

Winter Men's Basketball League
Calling All Basketball Players!
Whether you’re looking to get back on the court or want to take up a new hobby, adult basketball at the Pittston YMCA is a fun way to stay active and enjoy teamwork. This fun and competitive league will give you a chance to keep both your mind and your body sharp.
Program Information
When: January 4 – March 15 (8-week league play, 3 weeks of playoffs)
Day of the Week: Sundays
Time: 2:45PM-7:45PM (exact times depend on number of teams)
Age 18 or Older
8-week regular season then 3-week playoffs (subject to change based on number of teams)
Pricing & Registration
Cost: $600 per team; $40-member free agent and $80 for non-member free agent (Includes all ref fees and scorekeeper fees)
Team captain will register for the team
Registration: Opens November 17
Payment, roster, and signed copy of the rules must be submitted together to reserve the team spot
