Boot Camp

Bootcamp at the Y mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. Designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves, our Bootcamp resembles a military-style approach.

During class, you’ll perform a variety of exercises under the supervision of our certified trainer. For maximum results, expect various plyometric and interval training forms with varying rest periods between exercises. Bootcamp at the Y gets fast results and creates a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.
