GPT (Group Personal Training) Full Body Strength & Conditioning is a moderate to high-intensity interval-style class incorporating modern training trends and equipment to build power, strength, and endurance.
An expert trainer leads participants through a a full body workout, providing the right blend of motivation, modifications, and intensity. Designed for all fitness levels, this team-based environment allows everyone, from beginners to athletes, to work toward their goals. Participants can expect improvements in overall strength, balance, coordination, speed, power, agility, and range of motion.
