Gymnastics Coach
Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and positive Gymnastics Coach to lead and support gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, encourages skill development, and helps create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with gymnastics classes and activities for children.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills, movements, balance, coordination, and flexibility appropriate to each participant’s age and ability.
- Maintain a safe and organized practice environment.
- Provide positive encouragement and constructive feedback to help participants build confidence and improve their skills.
- Supervise children at all times and follow established safety procedures.
- Set up and put away equipment as needed.
- Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and program supervisors.
- Follow all program policies, procedures, and facility guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Previous gymnastics experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Dependable, patient, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a positive environment.
- Must meet all required background check and clearance requirements.
Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position is $11.50 per hour.
