Childcare
Gym Teacher
Part-time position available ay $10-$11 per hour. Must have the ability to travel to and from elementary school and the YMCA. This position will develop and execute warm ups, physical activities and cool downs for 45 min classes twice a day/ 2 days a week. Provide minor first aid when needed. Use playground, indoor space and gymnasium locations.
Child Care Staff
Our child care programs are always seeking energetic, educated and caring staff to create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment for the children in their direct care. Child care employees report directly to the Child Care Director at their respective location. These positions require four clearances (Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse History Clearance, DHS Fingerprinting and NSOR) and a minimum of a high school diploma with two years of child care experience. Child care staff are required to maintain proper classroom management, communicate with parents and directors, and ensure that all children are safe at all times. Full time and part time positions available. Salary is based on education, educational goals and experience. Work Study
It is the responsibility of the student to verify work study eligibility through the college they attend. Once work study is verified and allocated students must request an interview for with the appropriate director for areas of selected interest. YMCA directors will work directly with college administration to schedule those who qualify.
