PITTSTON BIRTHDAY PARTY OPTIONS
Gym Parties- This party includes two (2) hour in the gym, with our bounce houses. We offer a variety of activities for all ages and are always open to suggestions for fun games your birthday star would enjoy.
Swim & Gym Parties- This option includes one (1) hour in our pool with our Wibits and one (1) hour in our gym with our bounce houses.
Nerf & Swim Parties- This party includes one (1) hour in our pool with our Wibits and one (1) hour in our gym with our Nerf supplies and bounce house.
Nerf & Bounce Parties- This party includes one (2) hours in the gym with our Nerf supplies and bounce houses.
Ultimate Parties- This party includes one (1) hour in our pool with our Wibits, one (2) hours in our gym with our Nerf supplies and bounce houses.
PARTY FEES
The first twenty (20) children are included in the package price. Each additional child is $5.00 up to 30 children.
Gym, Swim & Gym, Swim & Nerf: Members: $300 and Non-Members: $375
Nerf & Bounce Parties: Members:$365 and Non-Members: $440
Ultimate Parties: Members: $430 and Non-Members: $505
PARTY TIMES
Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
Saturdays: 12:00-2:00, 2:45-4:45
Sundays: 12:00-2:00
FOOD PACKAGE #1 ($100 ADD ON)
• Four (4) large round cheese pizzas *extra pizza and toppings may be ordered for a fee
• Juice and water
• Paper products (table cloths, plates, forks, napkins, candles)
FOOD PACKAGE #2 ($175 ADD-ON)
• Six (6) large round cheese pizzas
• Juice and water
• Paper products (table cloths, plates, forks, napkins, candles)
• Half sheet cake designed just for your party! (Flavors available are chocolate, vanilla, half and half or marble, and you have your choice of buttercream or whipped cream frosting) You are welcome to bring in any additional refreshments or décor if you wish.
Our goal is to provide our birthday children, as well as their families and friends, with wonderful birthday memories here at the YMCA!
A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER
• Pricing includes up to 20 children, with an additional charge of $5 per child above 20.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve the party date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of party.
• Parents/guardians should arrive 15 minutes prior to the party time, but no more than 30 minutes.
• Each party will have a party host who will assist with set-up/clean-up and help to make the party a fun time for all
• For splash parties, ADULTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN THE WATER WITH CHILDREN WHO CANNOT TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL OR ARE UNDER AGE SIX (6) AND NEED A FLOTATION DEVICE.
