YMCA Camp Kresge’s overnight camp provides an opportunity for children & teens to develop new skills, build confidence, and make lifelong friendships. From traditional camp to leadership programs, Camp Kresge has the perfect program for your camper!
A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit for each session is required at the time of registration to hold your camper’s spot.

Overnight Summer Camp
Overnight Summer Camp, Ages 7-16
YMCA Camp Kresge’s Overnight Camp program gives campers ages 7–16 the chance to spend a week building skills, confidence, and friendships in the outdoors. Each one-week session runs from Sunday to Saturday and offers a balanced mix of traditional camp activities.
Campers will take part in a variety of classic camp experiences, including the climbing wall, zip line, high ropes course, archery, boating, hiking, arts & crafts, and time at our lake and aqua park. Evenings at camp include campfires, group games, and cabin activities.
At Camp Kresge, campers are welcomed by our amazing counselors who create a positive and inclusive environment. Our goal is to help each camper try new things, work as a team, and enjoy a fun, active week while being unplugged from technology.

Summer 2026 Themes
Multi-week Discount: register for multiple consecutive weeks and receive a 10% discount on each additional week after the first (not applicable to 2-week LIT & CIT sessions).
Half-week Overnight Camp
Half-week Overnight Camp, Ages 6-8 (first-time Overnight campers only)
Our Half-Week Overnight Camp is designed especially for first-time campers ages 6–8 who are ready to experience camp in a shorter stay. This three-night session introduces younger campers to the fun and independence of overnight camp in a supportive, age-appropriate setting.
Campers will take part in a variety of traditional camp activities, such as boating, archery, arts & crafts, hiking, and swimming at our lake and aqua park. Caring counselors help campers feel comfortable away from home while encouraging your camper to be independent.
The half-week session is a great way for young campers to discover what overnight camp is all about.

Leader-In-Training Program
Leader-In-Training, Ages 13-14
Set your teen up for success by registering for the LIT program! This two-week camp program includes an opportunity for teens to build their leadership skills and to work on communication, teamwork, and planning.
-LIT Session: June 21-July 4
Counselor-In-Training Program
Counselor-In-Training, Ages 15-16
Application required. This two-week program provides an opportunity to learn what it takes to supervise children in a camp setting. Campers must be pre-approved by the Camp Director to participate in this program.

Overnight Aquatics Camp
Aquatics Camp, Ages 12-16
The Overnight Aquatics Camp is a week-long overnight program for campers ages 12–16 who love the water and want to gain more experience in our aquatic programs. Campers will spend much of their week at the waterfront swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and enjoying plenty of time on the aqua park.
Throughout the session, campers also take part in junior lifeguarding classes that include first aid and CPR training and water safety lessons. These hands-on activities help campers strengthen their swimming ability, learn valuable safety skills, and develop leadership and a sense of responsibility.

Scholarship Application
Families can request financial assistance for summer programs by completing and returning the 2026 Scholarship Application. Please submit this form along with the camp registration form. As soon as a discount amount is determined, Camp Kresge will reach out directly with the scholarship offer.
