Camp Parent Information
YMCA Camp Kresge’s overnight camp provides an opportunity for children & teens to develop new skills, build confidence, and make lifelong friendships. From traditional camp to leadership programs, Camp Kresge has the perfect program for your camper!
If your family is in need of additional financial assistance, please complete a Scholarship Application and submit it to the Camp Office, along with your camp registration form.
Registration Fee: a $50 one-time fee will be applied to all 2024 Overnight Camp registrations.
A non-refundable deposit for each session is required at the time of registration to hold your camper’s spot.

Overnight Summer Camp
Overnight Summer Camp, Ages 7-16
Campers will have the best summer ever as they live in a cabin with cabin mates of a similar age, along with staff members, and participate in a variety of activities throughout the one-week session. Our caring and well-trained staff help foster campers’ self-esteem, character, and friendships, while also creating lifelong memories.
Overnight Camp sessions are one week in length, with eight weeks available. Check in takes place on Sunday afternoon and check out takes place on Saturday morning. Campers may sign up for as many sessions as preferred. Campers staying for back to back sessions will have the option to stay at camp through the weekend. Trips to local state parks and other entertainment centers will be scheduled for the stayover weekends.
**Register for Session 1 or Session 2 before May 1st and receive a discounted rate of $750!**

-Week 2: June 16-22

-Week 4: June 30-July 6

Leader-In-Training Program
Leader-In-Training, Ages 13-14
Set your teen up for success by registering for the LIT program! This two-week camp program includes not only an opportunity for teens to build their leadership skills, but to work on communication, teamwork and planning.
-LIT Session: June 30th- July 13th
Counselor-In-Training Program
Counselor-In-Training, Ages 15-16
Application required. This two-week program provides an opportunity to learn what it takes to supervise children in a camp setting. Campers must be pre-approved by the Camp Director to participate in this program.

Scholarship Application
Families can request financial assistance for summer programs by completing and returning the 2024 Scholarship Application. Please submit this form along with the camp registration form. As soon as a discount amount is determined, Camp Kresge will reach out directly with the scholarship offer.
Please note: incomplete applications cannot be processed. Submit all necessary documentation in order for your application to be processed in a timely manner.
