SCHEDULE: (45 minutes classes)

8 am & 9 am – Candy (YMCA)
10 am – Erica (CycleYard)
11 am – Michaelene (MFIT)
12 pm – Jenna (AnthraCycle)
1 pm – Lou Ciampi (Mr. Bikes)

PRE-REGISTER: $25 Drop off payment to the front desk or online**
