Sunday May 21st from 10am to 2pm at the Wilkes-Barre YMCA!!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Wellbeing Initiative will be hosting a SELF CARE SUNDAY on May 21st from 10am to 2pm! Self Care is described as the process of establishing behaviors to ensure the wellbeing of oneself. Self Care aims to address the needs of an individual’s mind, body, and soul. This can be done daily through healthy choices, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, socialization, and overall fun!

Coffee will be donated by ABIBE Coffee House and snack options will be available. From 12pm – 1pm, join a Wellbeing Initiative Program Coordinator for a Self Care Walk around downtown Wilkes-Barre!

Our weekly “Art for your Soul” & “Sound & Crystal Relaxation” classes will also be part of the day, so register for them under the Wellbeing Initiative tab on the home page of the website!
