Cardiac Care
This program is designed for recent cardiac rehabilitation graduates who are looking to gain confidence in a wellness setting & continue an exercise program. This cardiac-focused exercise maintenance program is led by exercise specialists who create an exercise prescription for you based on your health history, activity level, medications, etc. By appointment only, call (570) 970-5022 to register.
