Intro to Strength Training
Ready to build confidence, strength and rock-solid fundamentals? Our 12-week Introduction to Strength Training Program is designed for kids ages 10-16 to learn proper technique, safe mechanics and the foundational skills every young athlete needs to grow and excel at weight lifting.
Start date: Tuesday, February 17th
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s: 6pm-7pm and Saturdays 10am-11am
Duration: 12 weeks
